Sympowerco Corp latest penny stock to use illegal junk faxes to source investors

An energy company out of Las Vegas calling itself Sympowerco Corp (formerly called Ethanoil and Gas Corp...named changed in January 08) is using illegal junk faxes to try to entice investors to buy its penny stock. BEWARE.

A company calling itself The Green Energy Report is waking people up around the US and Canadian in the wee hours of the morning to promote this entity. These are scams my friends and do not fall for them.

Of course when you contact Sympowerco Corp they will deny they have anything to do with these reports, however, the marketing company sending the illegal junk faxes are paid handsomely for this work by you know who.....they don't do this for free.

Here's how to complain to Sympowerco Corp. You should also contact your state's Attorney General's office and the FTC with complaints against this company for using the illegal junk faxes.

John. N. Davenport
Sympowerco. Corp
3000 West Ann Rd.
Suite 102-252
North Las Vegas, NV 89031

Tell them to stop using illegal methods to find investors or face fines up to $1500 per fax.

"Choose Cancun" Travel latest company to use illegal junk faxes

If you were awakened in the last few days by another annoying illegal junk fax you are not alone. Millions of Americans and Canadians suffer from this problem every night.

One of the latest scam artists to use the illegal junk fax as a marketing tool is a company promoting cheap vacations. The company, "Choose Cancun" (or at least that's what their reservation agents call it when you return their call) sends out a fax that says "Memo, to All Corporate Employees" from "Human Resources Dept." (There is a "ChooseCancun.com" company but they say they are not responsible for these illegal junk faxes).

I have not been able to source this company to provide you with details how to report them. The telephone agent I reached refused to provide this information. Would you book a trip with a scam artist company like this one? I guess some of you would or they wouldn't be using this method to illegally obtain business.

When I am able to get more details on this company I will post them so you can badger this entity with your own nasty emails, calls and faxes to complain about their illegal activity.

Watching out for you everyday.

Hybrid Technologies is involved in illegal junk faxes; contact and complaint guide

One of the Brand Man Speaks on-going commitments is to "out" companies seeking investment money from "little people" around the US and Canada through the use of ILLEGAL JUNK FAXES.

Today, I present the latest example I have received. A marketing company called "The Energy Bull" is promoting an alternative energy company, Hybrid Technologies. The Energy Bull states clearly on its illegal fax that it has been paid $20,000 to promote this company.

On their website under "investor relations" Hybrid Technologies has a disclaimer that attempts to remove itself from any relationship with companies using Illegal Junk Faxes to promote its stock. It does not identify The Energy Bull but other marketing entities. Unfortunately, the disclaimer does not remove Hybrid Technologies from being tied to this illegal activity. More importantly, you have to wonder who would be paying The Energy Bull $20,000 for its services other than the entity most likely to benefit from this illegal marketing promotion: Hybrid Technologies.

Here's how to contact Hybrid Technologies to complain about the illegal junk fax activity:

US Corporate Office

5841 East Charleston
Suite 230-145
Las Vegas, NV 89142 USA

Tel: 888-HYBTECH
Fax: (702) 926-9508

Investor Relations

Tel: 888-669-1808

Fax: (702) 940-6516
Email: ir@hybridtechnologies.com

You should also contact your state's AG's office and the FTC and FCC with your complaints about illegal junk faxes. Your AG's office is your best bet. Remember fines run up to $1500 PER FAX sent so it does hurt the offending company in their wallet.

I have already contacted Hybrid Technologies and informed them of this latest case of Illegal Junk Faxes and maybe they will take the necessary action to shut down The Energy Bull.

INCA designs involved in illegal JUNK FAX marketing effort as it seeks investors

INCA Designs an apparel company trying to obtain investors for its penny stock offering is using JUNK FAXES as a marketing tool. Junk Faxes are illegal and violate both State and Federal laws and is punishable by very steep fines, (upwards of $1500 per fax).

I received this illegal fax last evening around 2AM, as did likely nearly million Americans and Canadians.

A marketing communications company calling itself Azteca, SA (without any identifying address or contact information) is the entity behind the illegal activity. Azteca is the same firm behind the illegal JUNK FAXES to promote Regions Oil and Gas.

What can you do to punish INCA Designs for this illegal activity?
1) Boycott their products
2) Contact their CEO and express your outrage (flood their office with faxes to tie up their business)
3) Send a copy of the fax to the FTC, FCC, SEC and your state's Attorney Generals office.

Here's how to contact the offending company:
Inca Designs, Inc.
CEO Mark Smith
53 West 36th Street
Suite 906
New York,      NY 10018
United States - Map
     Phone: 212-967-5212
     Fax: 212-967-5218
      Web Site: http://www.incabag.com

The only information available about Azteca, SA identified it as a Mexican Television company that has been the subject of several litigations in the US including a major class action lawsuit. It is unclear if this is the same company or another entity using this name fictitiously to cover for their illegal actions.

Are you a victim of this illegal JUNK FAX action? If so, let us know.

Strategic Capital strikes again with illegal junk faxes promoting Novori Jewelry-by Eli

An investor marketing company calling itself Strategic Capital (not to be confused with at least 10 such legitimate investor advisory companies with the same or very similar names) has hit another million plus Americans and Canadians this evening with another ILLEGAL JUNK FAX.

This illegal junk fax promotes an online Jewelry company called Novori. Since previous attempts to source this Strategic Capital have been unsuccessful, the only other avenue is to go after Novori.

Here's how to contact Novori and inform them they are violating both state and federal laws by being party to the use of ILLEGAL JUNK FAXES to promote their penny stock.

Harold Schaffrick
President
Novori Inc.
1313 East Maple Street #425
Bellingham, WA 98225

Here's the email contact:
ir@novori.com

The Brand Man Speaks will be forwarding this lastest illegal fax to the appropriate authorities including the FCC, FTC and the AG's office State of California. Remember if caught and prosecuted EACH fax carries a penalty of $1500. That could be millions of dollars in penalties for this illegal activity.

New Junk Fax Alert: Strategic Capital Inc using illegal tool to promote Guilin Paper-by Eli

UPDATED 11/29 see italics

Received a junk fax today from a new source...new for me this is.

A marketing entity calling itself Strategic Capital is using illegal junk faxes to promote a Chinese company called Guilin Paper Inc. Who would buy stock in a Chinese company these days when so many of them are involved with poisoned products hurting Americans without first doing some major due-diligence? Certainly one would not take the advice from an illegal junk fax marketer such as Strategic Capital.

Guilin Paper is based in Guangxi, China and can be emailed (complained to)at: glpaper@guilinpaper.com.

In the original post the Brand Man Speaks listed two companies that we believed were entities possibly involved with the illegal junk faxes. They were:
Strategic Capital Investment Advisors out of Oakbrook, IL and Strategic Capital Resources out of Boston, MA.
Both companies have contacted us and assure us they are not only NOT INVOLVED in any way, but also are vigorously trying to source the entity using the same name to dispense these illegal junk faxes.

Our apologies to both entities.

Additionally, Ms. McIndoe of Strategic Capital Resources of Boston informed us that currently she is providing valuable service to the New York City National Council on Economic Education as Senior Director of Youth Entrepreneurship.  Thank you Ms. McIndoe for this information and your good work.

The problem remains. Who is the entity calling itself Strategic Capital representing Guilin Paper and waking millions of people throughout the US and Canada in the wee hours of the morning with this illegal activity?

We have asked both companies noted above to keep us informed if they source the culprit.

Watching out for you everyday.

New Junk Fax Scam from "Direct Lending Services Inc"-by Eli

With the housing market in trouble and millions potentially subject to foreclosures many companies are out to scam consumers looking for ways to save their homes for repossession.

A company that calls itself "Direct Lending Services" (an alias) is preying on consumers using ILLEGAL JUNK FAXES as a method to "sell" their low interest rate offerings. Beware!

Calls to the telephone number on the fax sheet sends one to a call center where operators have been instructed to extract as much information from you as possible and insist they do not know anything about the company they are representing who is responsible for this illegal fax.

The Fax is not only illegal but also it uses logos from the US Federal Reserve and the Better Business Bureau among others (FDIC) to create the false sense that they are reliable, trustworthy and honorable mortgage lenders. If they are well regarded by the BBB why then won't they tell you who they really are? Where their company's headquarters are located? The CEO?...because they appear to be scamming recipients and have no intention of giving out the information that could get them in trouble with the FTC and Attorneys Generals of every state for illegal junk fax use.

If you have received one of these faxes please let me know. Do not call the "to be removed" fax number because that only confirms you have an active fax number which will be used again.

Watching out for you everyday.

Details of SEC case against illegal junk fax user ConnectAJet released-by Eli

Connect-A-Jet, a private jet booking entity, investment solicitation efforts were recently suspended by the SEC as discussed in a previous blog entry.

The Brand Man Speaks had "outed" Connect-A-Jet for its use of illegal junk faxes to raise investment funds encouraging readers and "victims" of this late night abuse to communicate with authorities about this illegal business activity.

Today Aviation International News released the details of the SEC's actions which in part include references to our activities to stop Connect-A-Jet. The SEC has warned investors to not trust any information they have obtained in any form about Connect-A-Jet and the article below has numerous statements from companies allegedly partnered with Connect-A-Jet denouncing their actions and distancing themselves from any association with this company.

Here is the article: Connect-A-Jet/Aviation News .

This is an important victory for anyone who receives illegal junk faxes in the middle of the night.

ConnectAJet involved in illegal Junk Fax effort to attract investors-by Eli

ConnectAJet, a company involved with private jet bookings, is the latest entity to use ILLEGAL JUNK FAXES to attract investors to a penny stock offer.

If you were awakened in the middle of the night, like myself, by a fax promoting this company you are not alone. Thousands of people across the US and Canada get awakened every night from companies using ILLEGAL JUNK FAXES as a marketing tool.

The company taking responsibility for faxing these announcements is called DMI Communications which likely is an off-shore entity given the illegal nature of these activities and difficult to source. Contacting their "get off the list" 800 number will only serve to confirm your fax number is genuine  and result in more illegal faxes.

How can you tell ConnectAJet you are angry and you want them to stop using this illegal method? Here's how:

More helpful Junk Fax reporting information-by Eli

Lloyd from Yuba City, CA has sent along this web page that he has developed about illegal Junk Faxes. He thought it might be of interest to The Brand Man Speaks readers.

Lloyd's Junk Fax Page

And Lou has forwarded the following information about a company called Taurus Holdings that might be the firm behind the most recent wave of illegal Junk Faxes from Bio Quest Technologies.

Taurus Holdings webpage

If the Taurus Holdings information is correct, they are US based and have a division for direct marketing. You might consider contacting them, as we will, to ask them to cease and desist using illegal Junk Faxes to promote their clients businesses.

Hope this is helpful and thanks for the many many emails. The Brand Man is glad this information reaches so many people plagued by these unsolicited annoying and yes illegal marketing efforts.

Watching out for you everyday.
